If youre importing F gas in bulk equivalent to 100 tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2) or more in a calendar year and do not have any quota, or you need to obtain additional quota, you will need to contact an incumbent quota holder to agree a transfer of quota.

If youre importing equipment pre-charged with F gas equivalent to 100 tonnes of CO2 or more in a calendar year, youll need to contact either:

• an incumbent quota holder for quota authorisations
• an authorisation manager for quota delegations
