Guidance: Open general trade control licence category C goods

This open general trade control licence (OGTCL) allows the transfer to and from specified countries of category C goods.

You will need to state the exact name of the licence or the SPIRE reference on any supporting documentation given to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).

This OGTCL is subject to reporting requirements under the open licence returns transparency initiative.
