This open general trade control licence (OGTCL) allows, subject to certain conditions, the transfer to and from specified countries of small arms and light weapons.

This OGTCL is subject to reporting requirements under the open licence returns transparency initiative.

  1. The existing open general trade control licence (OGTCL) has been revoked and amended to remove Israel as a permitted destination.
