How to pay fees
You can pay for services and substantive applications by:
- variable direct debit, if you have a Business e-services account
- cheque or postal order make payable to HM Land Registry and send with your applications to our Land Charges Department

This guide is based on the statutory provision of Land Charges Fees Rules 1990 as amended by the Land Charges Fees (amendment) Rules 1994 and 2012, which came into effect on 2 April 1990 and still applies.
