Details

Forms for solicitors and advocates to claim back legal aid costs for confiscation proceedings. Forms on this page are only for main hearings after 22 December 2022 and where the representation order was dated as follows:

Solicitors

Between 1 April 2016 and 16 September 2020.

Advocates

Between 31 December 2018 and 16 September 2020.

Other POCA forms

Solicitors

Solicitors claiming for representation orders dated between 17 September 2020 and 29 September 2022 and where the main hearing was on or after 31 October 2022 must use forms PL1b or PL2b.

For all other representation order dates use the PL1 or PL2.

Advocates
