Use this form if:

you are in the UK on a temporary visa as a partner

your relationship has broken down because of domestic abuse

you need access to benefits to support yourself
If successful, you will get permission to stay in the UK for 3 months. You will be able to apply to claim benefits.
During these 3 months, you must do one of the following:

apply for indefinite leave to remain as a victim of domestic violence or abuse

apply for another type of permission to stay
-
make arrangements to leave the UK
This used to be called the destitution domestic violence concession (DDVC).
