Our Business e-services offer electronic alternatives to nearly everything our business customers do with us by post and we recommend they send us applications electronically when getting priority on our daylist is important. Business customers can carry out the following activities online:

Business e-services are not available for our citizen customers.

We have been scanning applications at a central address since January 2015. We now handle most work electronically, so we can easily direct it to the best place to process it and better prepare for the new digital services we are developing.

We are changing our central address because our scanning centre is moving from Coventry to Gloucestershire.
