We have been scanning applications at a central address since January 2015. We now handle most work electronically, so we can easily direct it to the best place to process it and better prepare for the new digital services we are developing.
We are changing our central address because our scanning centre has moved from Coventry to Gloucestershire.
Our Business e-services offer business customers an online alternative to nearly everything they do with us by post. We recommend they send us applications online when it is important to get priority on our daylist.
