Notice to all shipowners, masters, crew and ship surveyors.

This notice should be read with the Code of Safe Working Practices for Merchant Seafarers (COSWP) Chapter 17, the Red Ensign Yacht Code (Annex B) and the regulations referred to in annex 1 and replaces MGN 578 (M) Amendment 1.
