The SSROs Corporate Governance Framework, along with its standing orders, financial policies and delegations, details how the SSROs responsibilities, functions and decision-making are carried out, including the main roles and responsibilities of the Board and its committees.
The framework will be reviewed regularly to ensure that it continues to reflect best practice. It is published on the SSROs website as part of our commitment to openness and accountability.
