The Single Source Regulations Office (SSRO) Corporate governance framework document lays down the key responsibilities of the board of the SSRO; the conduct expected of its members and staff; the boards powers of delegation; and proceedings of the board. The framework will be reviewed annually to ensure that it continues to reflect best practice. It is published on the SSROs website as part of our commitment to openness and accountability.
