The UK government, Scottish Government, Welsh Government and Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (Northern Ireland) have responded to the views received during the consultation.

We have updated Annex A of the Joint Fisheries Statement. The amendments to Annex A will take immediate effect.

Consultation description

We want to hear your views about the proposed amendments to Annex A of the Joint Fisheries Statement (JFS).

The JFS was published by the UK fisheries policy authorities (Defra, and the devolved administrations in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales) in November 2022.
