Details

UK Visas and Immigration guidance on how staff make deportation decisions in respect of:

  • any non-British citizen who does not have rights protected under the Agreements regardless of when the conduct occurred
  • any person who has rights protected by the Agreements (or the UKs domestic implementation of the Agreements) in relation to conduct that occurred after 23:00 GMT on 31 December 2020

  1. Updated deporting foreign nationals on conducive grounds guidance to reflect changes made to Part 13 of the Immigration Rules and reflect changes introduced by the Nationality and Borders Act 2022.

  2. Updated to include the forthcoming changes to Part 13 of the Immigration Rules which cover revoking deportation orders.
