UK Visas and Immigration guidance on how staff make deportation decisions in respect of:
any non-British citizen who does not have rights protected under the Agreements regardless of when the conduct occurred
any person who has rights protected by the Agreements (or the UKs domestic implementation of the Agreements) in relation to conduct that occurred after 23:00 GMT on 31 December 2020
