UK Visas and Immigration guidance on how staff make deportation decisions in respect of:

  • any non-British citizen who does not have rights protected under the Agreements regardless of when the conduct occurred
  • any person who has rights protected by the Agreements (or the UKs domestic implementation of the Agreements) in relation to conduct that occurred after 23:00 GMT on 31 December 2020
