LHA rates for Housing Benefit and Universal Credit from April 24have been determined in accordance with The Rent Officers (Housing Benefit and Universal Credit Functions) (Amendment) Order 2024 (SI 2024/ 11).

The tables above show the weekly LHA rates used by Local Authorities to pay people in receipt of Housing Benefit.
