The LHA rates from 1st April 2024 have been determined in accordance with The Rent Officers (Housing Benefit and Universal Credit Functions) (Amendment) Order 2024 (SI 2024/ 11) Any policy enquiries should be directed to the Department for Work and Pensions. These rates will not appear on LHA-Direct before 15 March 2024.
