Consultation description

The CMA has provisionally found that the coming into force of the Energy Act 2023 represents a change in circumstance which results in certain parts of the Energy Market Investigation (Electricity Transmission Losses) Order 2016 becoming no longer appropriate as currently drafted.

The CMA has provisionally found that those parts should be amended by means of a variation order. The CMAs consultation document incorporates a formal Notice of Intention to Vary the Order.
